C&L Ward torn down our old second floor wood deck and replaced it with Fiberon composite decking materials. The deconstruction crew did a wonderful job removing the old deck and disposing of the materials in a dumpster supplier by C&L Ward. Once the project started, the work continued Mon-Fri with few delays. The same work crews continued until their work was completed. i.e. there was no switching of the people in each work crew while on my job. Our In-Home consultant, Joe Holt, guided us through the deck design and options providing the pros and cons of the available construction options, materials, and pricing. Joe accommodated our specific requirements. Our project coordinator, Ashley Sernick, coordinated the work and kept us informed throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer our questions and contacted the right persons in C&L Ward for answers to specific questions. The build crew professionally assembled the new deck with precision. All the boards and railings were perfectly aligned and cut to fit. All the screws were perfectly aligned across the deck surfaces. C&L Ward did a follow-up inspection after the deck was completed. They replaced a couple of imperfections with new materials. As a contractor, C&L Ward is very well organized and operated. All the people we interfaced with were friendly and respectful. I would not hesitate to hire them for another home improvement project.
