Client Experience Director | Jean Hayes

Since 2010, Jean has built experience across multiple areas of C&L Ward, from client engagement to project coordination. She ensures every homeowner receives a smooth, consistent experience from initial consultation to project completion.

Installation Director | Eric Scott

Eric began his career as a carpenter apprentice during college summers. After spending 10 years in education, continuing carpentry work each summer, and earning his master's degree, Eric returned to construction with C&L Ward.
