Therma-Tru Certified Door System Installers receive expert guidance directly from Therma-Tru. We have successfully completed training on how to properly install and seal a door system for long-lasting performance.
Owens Corning Roofing Platinum Preferred Contractor
As an OC Platinum Preferred Contractor, we offer lifetime workmanship warranties. Less than 1% of roofing contractors receive this accreditation.
Owens Corning Certified and Trained
We have been specially trained to become Top of House Certified, a SureNail Technology Trained Contractor, and completed Owens Corning® Total Protection Roofing System® training.
Gold Level Achievement
We have received Gold Level Achievement with our financing company, Upgrade.

CEO Award From Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce
Pat, Eric, and Ron Ward accept the 2015 CEO Award from the Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce.
C&L Ward was the recipient of the CEO Business Award from the Flint and Genesee Chamber of Commerce on November 12, 2015. To be eligible for this award, a company must have 50 or more employees working to have a positive impact in Genesee County, demonstrate outstanding customer service, demonstrate excellence in team building, management and development and contribute to the overall well-being of Flint and Genesee County.
Other categories for the award ceremony included Small Business Award; Minority Owned Business Award; Claire M. White Award; Young Professional Leader Award; Nonprofit Impact Award; and Government Contractor of the Year. There is a hospitality category which includes: Gloria J. DeHart Award; Hospitality Ambassador Award; Frontline Ambassador Award; Restaurant of the Year; Hotel of the Year; and Community Champion Award. Our nomination included all of our achievements and growth as a company for the past 43 years, as well as our involvement in the community.

At the national event, we were honored with the Platinum Warranty Registration Award for our company’s industry-leading contributions to the roofing category.
This industry recognition reflects our continued focus on bringing a results-oriented, customer-driven approach to running our business and delivering trustworthy, dependable work for Michigan homeowners.

Local Honor in Advertising Excellence
2014 Advertising Campaign Receives ADDY Award from American Advertising Federation of Greater Flint.
In 2016, two Advertising Campaigns Received ADDY Awards from American Advertising Federation of Greater Flint.
C&L Ward’s marketing team was awarded for their advertising excellence by the
American Advertising Federation’s Greater Flint chapter at a ceremony held on February 20, 2015.
We were presented a Silver ADDY during the event for our 2014 rebranding campaign, which included teaser and reveal television commercials, digital ads,
billboards, and print ads.
The American Advertising Federation of Greater Flint acknowledges local advertising and marketing professionals each year for the previous year’s work at their local American Advertising Awards event.
