C&L Ward is a God send company, their crew from quote to finish has been nothing but honest and professional. I had a problem in my new home where builder contractors didn't put appropriate plate to cover gap between first floor brick and 2nd floor vinyl siding. They created 4 inch aluminum plate to cover the 2 inch gap between brick and tyvek, then covered with hard tape to lock to the wall. Then they placed a really wide metal strip to lock first vinyl siding. They replaced first vinyl layer. They also found quite a few places including corners and under other areas where builders didn't cover tyvek or left giant holes. They used their hard tape to cover as much as they can. I have had a few heavy rains and so far water flowing through the tyvek and brick layer gap has been fixed. This is the time I have been looking forward for heavy rains over few hours of soak to really test but I am confident with C&L's professional fix this issue is behind me. So far past 7 years of basement leak and my first floor kitchen cabinets took a brunt of this lazy work by builders.

It was a pleasure working with C&L Ward for my window and siding replacement.
