Pat Ward is the second-generation owner and CEO of C&L Ward, one of Michigan’s largest and most established exterior remodeling companies. Founded in 1972 by his father and uncle, the company has completed more than 50,000 projects and grown into a $40M+ organization employing over 150 team members across Michigan.

With more than 35 years of experience in the home improvement industry, Pat has worked in every facet of the business — from sweeping warehouse floors as a teenager to leading sales, marketing, operations, and long-term strategic growth. Today, he leads C&L Ward alongside his brother, Eric Ward, COO, with a shared commitment to stewardship, disciplined growth, and protecting the family legacy for future generations.

A licensed builder in the State of Michigan, Pat has earned recognition from leading national manufacturers for excellence and performance. He served seven years on the Andersen Windows Dealer Council and holds Elite Dealer status — Andersen’s highest classification. Under his leadership, C&L Ward has achieved Platinum Contractor status with Owens Corning, Outdoor Ambassador recognition with Fiberon composite decking, and Ruby-level distinction with Therma-Tru Doors.

In addition to leading C&L Ward, Pat oversees Window Rescue, a specialized window and door repair company, and WindowParts.com, a national e-commerce platform supplying hard-to-find window components across the United States. He also partnered with a manufacturer to develop the UpWard Windows & Doors product line — a proprietary offering designed to meet the performance and quality standards he believes homeowners deserve.

His commitment to investing in dedicated, in-house installation teams — rather than relying on subcontractors — reflects his belief that long-term quality and accountability matter.
