What to Expect After Choosing Us
Once you choose C&L Ward for your project, a Project Manager will be issued to your project. They are responsible for field verifying measuring and compiling a final material list for the day of installation. It is his responsibility to see that all final details are captured for the day of installation.
After these final details are captured, your materials will be ordered and you will be contacted by a dedicated Project Coordinator. From scheduling your installation date to following up to make sure you are completely satisfied, your Project Coordinator will be with you every step through completion.
Your installation team, led by a Certified Expert Installer, will replace your product with little to no disruption to your home. They will provide exceptional workmanship and project efficiency so your installation is completed both swiftly and successfully. We pride ourselves on cleaning up so well that you won’t even know we were there!
After the Sale Service
